Workspace Administration
Company settings
Set workspace branding, colour theme, date/time formats, sessions, and landing pages.
Company settings
Company settings covers Tenant-wide preferences for branding, date and time, landing pages, sessions, Ask Iris, email delivery, login policy, and custom domains. Use this page when you are configuring the live product surface, planning a rollout, or checking why users see different data from what an administrator sees.
What this surface is
- Primary purpose: Tenant-wide preferences for branding, date and time, landing pages, sessions, Ask Iris, email delivery, login policy, and custom domains.
- Where staff start: Open Global settings > Company > Application settings, or go to
/global-settings/company/settings; older settings routes also use/settings/company/settings. - Where admins configure it: The settings form saves against the tenant through
system.Tenantand includes General Settings, Company Details, Email Configuration, Login Settings, and Domain Settings. - Runtime/detail surface: Changes affect login, navigation, notifications, email delivery, branding, page size, timezone, and workspace defaults.
- Platform connections: Company settings influence every module, every staff user, and customer-facing links.

Operating notes
- Treat company settings as production configuration; small mistakes affect the whole tenant.
- Use a stable landing page such as
/sites/homeor a curated page-builder page. - Timezone and currency changes can alter reporting expectations, so coordinate with finance and operations.
- SMTP credentials should be rotated when an admin leaves or a provider changes.
- Custom domains may require DNS propagation time; keep the default Antly domain available during rollout.
- If emails stop sending, check SMTP settings, notification templates, provider logs, and tenant activity logs.
- Enable Ask Iris only when the workspace has purchased or allocated credits and admins understand usage controls.
- Do not use maintenance mode as an access-control substitute; update roles and permissions instead.
- Logo and theme changes should be checked in light and dark contexts where the app supports them.
- Document every tenant-wide setting change in the rollout notes for support teams.
